Doug Castiglione - President

As co founder and President of Westside Window and Door in Calgary, Doug is responsible for the overall direction of the company. Offering a unique, high quality, customizable product that exceeds the needs and expectations for the new home, renovation and historical renovation construction market. Doug has taken responsibility for the marketing of our products starting from the sales and sales support teams to the quality assurance and customer service offered by our installation and service teams.

He is a founding partner in the company started in 1982 as well as being partnered in Kolbe Gallery Vancouver and Seattle with his son David Castiglione.

Not to mention, he is also an avid hockey enthusiast playing up to four times a week throughout most the year.

Kevin Hans - Partner

As co-founder and partner of Westside Window and Door, Kevin has helped grow this company from a two man operation to the company it is today. He has developed a good relationship with many builders and contractors over the years by putting quality and service first. Kevin also has large following of satisfied and repeat home-owner retail customers. He has over 30 years of experience in the window and door business and is knowledgeable in all facets of residential and light commercial construction. If he’s not at the office on a nice day, check the local golf courses.

 

 

Camille Pacori - Inside Sales

 

As a certified interior decorator the passion for art and design is a prominent aspect in Camille’s life. She focuses her creativity and inspiration to continually improve and innovate while remaining flexible to adapt to client’s needs and requirements. With a sociable personality she tackles projects with a friendly approach and takes pleasure in seeing things through from start to finish.

 

 

Tanya Aspeslet - Inside Sales

Tanya graduated from the Architectural Technologies program at SAIT Polytechnic in 2016 and has several years of experience delivering top quality customer service. Her studies at SAIT have ignited a passion for design and a commitment to quality, as well as provided her with the necessary tools to exceed expectations.

Tanya was raised in Revelstoke B.C. and spent her summers at various lakes throughout the Kootneys. She gets back to B.C. whenever she gets a chance but is thoroughly enjoying her new adventure of living in the big city.

 

Stephen McCarthy - Install Manager/Project Liaison

Moving from Ireland, Stephen has brought an exceptional amount of experience, efficiency and professionalism to his role at Westside. Stephen is a fully qualified journeyman carpenter and He has over 10 years experience in both framing and finishing carpentry. He is a huge asset to our company and his main aim is to always go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. He also shares a huge passion for hockey and plays in a local team in Calgary along with snowboarding in the mountains.

 

Chris Leblanc - Lead Installer

With over twenty years working in the window and door industry Chris has been a valued member of the Westside team for over the past ten years. Experienced in all forms of production, service, installation and customer relations he brings a well rounded asset and attitude to the company. After working with other companies prior to Westside and in comparison to the present he strongly believes that the Kolbe line is a far superior product in quality and craftsmanship. Chris is also a world wide published semi-pro photographer that gives him a special eye for design and detail and always believes that the customer comes first.

 

Kyle Weir - Lead Installer

Kyle can best be described as energetic and fun loving. Confident because of the experience he has, he can correctly tackle any problem that can arise during the home renovation process.  His knowledge and positive mindset is an asset to you and your home.  Kyle has experience in framing, finishing, drywall, insulation, windows & doors, and not to mention a wiz with a metal brake.

Kyle grew up in the foothills of Alberta and enjoyed having Kananaskis as a back yard. This surely helped shape his love for the outdoors.  Hiking, camping and exploring the mountains keeps Kyle busy when he has time away from his first love, his family.

Cedric Klein Beernink - Service Technician

Cedric grew up in Ottawa Ontario, where his love for building and being outdoors all began. He received a diploma in Heritage Carpentry and Millwork from Algonquin College. After moving to Calgary in 2006, Cedric tried his hand at timber-framing, before making a transition to Westside. During his early days at Westside Cedric did window and door installations and finishing work. As Cedric became interested in evolving products he was prepared to move into the service technician position, where his attention to detail, and his ability to problem solve emulated. Cedric takes great pride in ensuring that customers are pleased with their service. Cedric maintains a busy schedule at work, and he is no different at home. He spends a great deal of his time playing sports such as soccer, ball hockey, and squash. He also enjoys staying busy with his friends in various activities and get togethers, and he looks forward to travelling and camping each year.

Anthony McCaffrey - Junior Installer

Recently moved to Canada, Anthony comes from a small town in the West of Ireland. He has a vast knowledge of the construction industry having worked for both an electrician and carpenter for over 10 years. His attention to detail is exceptional and he is always thriving to fulfill the customers needs. One of Anthony’s passions is tug of war. He has represented Ireland in world championships and has both national and international club medals from all over the world
